Terms of Service, Shipping & Refund Policy

Welcome to Pocket Pack Club. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of the Pocket Pack Club subscription and the website pocketpackclub.com (the “Site”). By subscribing, you agree to these Terms. Please read the subscription and billing section carefully, as our subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

Pocket Pack Club (“we,” “us,” “our”) is an independent small business in the United States. We ship only within the United States.

The Service

Pocket Pack Club is a monthly subscription. Each month we hand-sort and mail a pack of genuine Pokémon Trading Card Game cards, personalized with the recipient’s first name, along with the items described for your chosen plan.

• Trainer Pack — $15/month + $5 shipping ($20/month total): 100 genuine Pokémon cards with no duplicates, 5 holographic cards, 5 special cards in protective sleeves, a fan-favorite Pokémon, and that month’s collectible gym badge.
• Champion Pack — $30/month + $5 shipping ($35/month total): 150 genuine Pokémon cards with no duplicates, 8 holographic cards, 8 special cards in protective sleeves, a Pokémon mini figure, stickers or temporary tattoos, a rotating extra (battle coin, keychain, or official card sleeves), and that month’s collectible gym badge.

Specific cards, characters, themes, and rotating extras vary from month to month and are chosen at our discretion. All cards are authentic, official Pokémon Trading Card Game cards; they are pre-owned/collected and sold as collectible items, not graded for condition unless stated.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to subscribe. The Service is intended for adults purchasing for themselves or as a gift.

Subscription, billing, and automatic renewal

• Recurring billing. When you subscribe, you authorize us (through our payment processor, Stripe) to charge your payment method the plan price plus shipping each month automatically until you cancel.
• Renewal. Your subscription renews monthly on your billing date. Prices shown are per month and include the flat $5 US shipping charge.
• Billing cycle for mailings. Packs go out in the first week of each month. Subscribe by the last day of a month to be included in the next mailing; sign-ups after a mailing is prepared will start with the following month’s pack.
• Price changes. We may change plan pricing or contents. We’ll give you notice by email before a price change takes effect, and it will only apply to future billing cycles. Continuing your subscription after the change means you accept the new price.
• Payment failures. If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and pause your mailings until payment succeeds. We may cancel a subscription that remains unpaid.

Cancelling and pausing

You can cancel or pause anytime — in two clicks from the link in any email we send, or by emailing hello@pocketpackclub.com.

• Cancellation stops future renewals. It takes effect at the end of your current paid month; you keep any pack already paid for. We don’t charge cancellation fees.
• Pausing skips upcoming months without cancelling; you can resume whenever you’re ready.
• To avoid being billed for the next month, cancel or pause before your next billing date.

Shipping

• Where we ship. United States only, via USPS.
• When. Packs are mailed in the first week of each month. Delivery times depend on USPS.
• Cost. A flat $5 per month, included in the totals above.
• Addresses. You’re responsible for giving us a correct, complete shipping address. Packs returned to us due to an incorrect address can be re-sent once you provide a corrected address; additional shipping may apply.
• Lost or damaged mail. If your pack arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive, contact us at hello@pocketpackclub.com within 14 days of the expected delivery and we’ll make it right (see Refunds).

Refunds and satisfaction

Because each pack is hand-assembled and personalized, we generally do not offer refunds on packs that have already shipped. That said, we want you happy:

• Damaged or missing packs. If a pack arrives damaged, is missing an item we guaranteed, or is lost in the mail, contact us within 14 days and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund for that month.
• Billing mistakes. If you were charged after cancelling or charged in error, email us and we’ll refund the incorrect charge.
• Before it ships. If you cancel before your monthly pack has been prepared or mailed, we won’t charge you for that upcoming month; if you were already charged and it hasn’t shipped, contact us for a refund.

Gift subscriptions

Prepaid gift subscriptions (3, 6, or 12 months) are currently arranged by hand — message us at hello@pocketpackclub.com and we’ll set one up. Prepaid gifts are non-recurring and don’t auto-renew unless you ask us to convert them.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or cancel service for abuse, fraud, or violations of these Terms.

Intellectual property and trademark notice

Pocket Pack Club is an independent small business and is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or approved by Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK, or The Pokémon Company International. “Pokémon” and Pokémon character names are trademarks of their respective owners. We resell genuine, authentic Pokémon Trading Card Game cards as collectible items. Site content, branding, and the “Pocket Pack Club” name are ours; please don’t copy or reuse them without permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service and Site are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law. Pokémon cards are collectible items; we don’t promise any particular resale or market value. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post the updated version here with a new effective date, and material changes affecting active subscriptions will be communicated by email. Continuing your subscription after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Pocket Pack Club operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
