Pocket Pack Club (“Pocket Pack Club,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website pocketpackclub.com (the “Site”) and a monthly Pokémon card subscription service (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site or subscribing, you agree to this policy.

We are an independent small business based in the United States and we ship only within the United States.

Who this policy is for

Our Service is purchased by adults (parents, guardians, and gift-givers). The Site and checkout are directed to adults, not to children. We ask a subscriber to provide a child’s first name only so we can personalize the mailing label and Trainer Card. That first name is supplied by the adult account holder — we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. See “Children’s privacy” below.

Information we collect

When you subscribe or contact us, we collect:

• Account and contact information — your name and email address.
• The recipient’s first name — the kid’s first name you give us, used only to personalize the pack label and Trainer Card.
• Shipping address — the US mailing address where packs are sent.
• Billing information — your billing address and payment details. Card numbers are entered on and processed by Stripe; we do not see or store your full card number.
• Order and subscription details — which pack you chose, billing history, cancellations, pauses, and support messages.

When you use the Site, we and our providers may automatically collect:

• Usage and device data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring page, and similar analytics data.
• Cookies and pixels — including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and analytics cookies, used to measure Site performance and the effectiveness of our advertising. See “Cookies, pixels, and advertising.”

How we use your information

We use the information above to:

• Process your subscription, build and mail your packs, and manage billing and renewals through Stripe.
• Personalize each pack with the recipient’s first name.
• Respond to your questions and provide customer support.
• Send service messages (order confirmations, shipping notices, renewal and cancellation confirmations).
• Measure and improve the Site, our products, and our advertising.
• Detect fraud and keep the Service secure, and comply with our legal obligations.

Cookies, pixels, and advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel and web analytics tools, to understand how visitors use the Site and to measure and improve our ads on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and other networks. These tools may set cookies and share limited event data (such as page views, checkout starts, and purchases) with the ad platform so we can gauge results and show relevant ads.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can manage ad personalization in your Meta account settings and via industry opt-out tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info). Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the Site work.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers who help us operate — for example, Stripe (payments and subscription billing), our website host, email/support tools, analytics providers, Meta (advertising measurement), and the US Postal Service / shipping carriers (to deliver packs).
• Legal and safety — if required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect our rights, customers, or the public.
• Business transfer — if we merge, sell, or transfer assets, your information may transfer as part of that transaction.

Each provider uses your information only to perform services for us.

Payments

Payments and recurring subscription billing are handled by Stripe. Your payment card data is collected and processed directly by Stripe under Stripe’s own privacy policy and security standards; we receive only limited details such as the last four digits, card brand, and billing result. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your subscription is active and as needed afterward to meet legal, tax, accounting, and record-keeping requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can ask us to delete your account information (see “Your choices”), subject to records we’re required to keep.

Your choices and rights

• Access, correction, deletion — email us at hello@pocketpackclub.com to review, update, or delete your personal information. Depending on where you live (for example, California residents under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to know what we collect, request deletion, and opt out of certain sharing. We honor these requests as required by law.
• Marketing emails — you can unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time using the link in the email; we’ll still send necessary service messages about your subscription.
• Cancel or pause — you can cancel or pause your subscription anytime from the link in any email or by contacting us.

Children’s privacy

The Site and Service are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. The only child-related information we hold is a first name provided by the adult account holder to personalize the mailing. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at hello@pocketpackclub.com and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, and we rely on Stripe’s PCI-compliant systems for payment data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll post the revised version here with a new effective date, and significant changes may be communicated by email.
